100WC

But before I come back from the one week break, I was in the extra training for swimming. I discovered that I was more terrible than the other people in the extra swimming training. I easily get tired and whenever I am about to go back to the squad I gingerly accept how quick I am going to regret it. However, whenever I go back to the training that is mostly tough and stopped being yellow. After that I noticed that I started doing a remarkable job at lasting longer and being able to swim faster not get easily tired
