A letter to Andrew

Dear Andrew,

My name is Sade and I am 11 years old. In this letter, I am going to ask you a few questions about your job.

Do you like your job?
I wouldn't. I just wouldn't like touching someone else's blood.

Do you ever get scared?
I bet you do, I could never imagine doing anything like that! I just imagine when it could be a life or death situation.

How many babies and women have died while your trying to help them?
I bet there are a few each week because you don't have the right equipment.

Sade

Apple

Apple was sitting in her room on the floor just playing games on her phone when suddenly the door
and all the windows were bared shut. Apple wasnt worried becuase she knew her mother was outside to help her if she needed help. Slowly drops of water landed on her forhead she was very confused why because it wasnt raining! The water just kept gushing out and Apple was drowning because she didnt know how to swim! Her whole room was filled with water and was left with no place to breath. Calmy her mother opened the door and all the water gushed out. After that she saw Apple dead on the floor.

The Last Breath

The wide orange crocodile collapsed purposely on the man. Filled with fear, I sprinted swiftly
towards the trapped man, his leg pointing upwards like a mountain. He was crying with pain and fear, but he didn't know yet that within the mouth of the crocodile was his own hands. The crocodile crushed the man's hand, he now was screaming in extraordinary torment. The handless arm wobbling fiercely as blood squirting in every direction. Now everybody around hurried from the graphic and depressing scene. The crocodile pick up the horrified man with it's boldly teeth. Crunch! I had to look away.

Who puts an orange there!?

The sun glanced straight over the mountain every morning. “You better feed the crocodiles, I did it
yesterday.” Said my brother Murphy. Within the large mountain of animals we have crocodiles. I walked through the wide meadow, by the river. I got to the shed. A random orange lay on the floor. I tripped over the orange and the whole cupboard collapsed. All the raw chicken, hay, bunny food and not to mention mice fell on my head. Murphy heard the commotion and came running. “You alright?” I was stunned by the idiotic words that came out of his mouth.

PAIN

Sadly, my beautiful brown haired sister got a horrible cut in the inside of her palm.
I helped her.
I tried to wrap my scarf around her cut, and maybe I pushed her too hard...  worriedly she moved her arm away from me.
I mean I get it, how would you feel if you had such a painful fall and someone starts tugging at your arm?
Worriedly, she had also dropped her camera and it shattered into millions of pieces across the concrete floor.
She was in so much pain it felt like she was being murdered in cold blood.

My Atrocious Curse

I am not a person who usually wins. This is my story:
When I was six years old, I broke a mirror.
The end.
Boring right?
Well, from that moment, I had bad luck. You know what happens when you break a mirror, right? You get seven years bad luck. I am now twelve, almost thirteen and this curse is about to stop! For seven years, I have been losing at every game. Twisters, Monopoly, Scrabble, etc. It has been a real pain! I don't remember the feeling when I win.

So that is why I am always last.

THE HAND

Slowly, the very tips of what looked like a hand emerged from the ground... The rocky, grass-green ground trembled in a horrifying and alarming matter. The poor small tree, being grabbed and tortured by the hand, seemed to be crumbling. Running away from the mayhem, I ran towards the pond. I figured there the creepy stone hand couldn't reach me but, I was wrong. The hand, which was at this point racing towards me, reached out of the ground to grab me. I froze like an ice cube. I had no clue weather to scream, to stupidly act like I was a statue too or to run...

The Boats

Payson and Patrisha were playing  around in the forest and they came across something very strange.
There were a 3 boats just sitting in the middle of the forest. They looked very old and moldy. "We should go onto the boat" said Payson "sure" replied Patrisha. They walked onto the boat and suddenly out of know where a huge pack of dogs came out and started attacking Patrisha! Payson had no idea what to do she she ran home and never came back! 2 months later she was found by her step brother Oliver dead eaten alive by a pack of wild dogs.

A Special Gift

Swoosh the wind blew carrying a small old picture. It crashed onto somebody's door and dropped to
the ground. A man named David opened the door looking around wondering what made that noise. He looked down and noticed that the picture was actually his and he lost it years ago. It reminded him that him and his grandfather used to hangout at that exact location where the boats were in the picture. David checked the other side of the image and there was a message that told him to visit the place again and theres a gift waiting for him...

Dear Diary

Dear diary,

Today, I felt like my world had collapsed!
What happened? Well...
Firstly, I was walking with Jack(my little brother) to school when a crocodile crossed the road! That made Jack say over and over again:
"I want a crocodile, I want a crocodile!"
When we got to our wide school, I realized that today was Saturday! What a waste of time! Within the time we got home, my best friend, Susan, called me to ask:
"Where are you? Why aren't you at the park?"
I had completely forgotten about the park! I ran there exhausted and said:

"I'm here!" But when I arrived, she wasn't there! As I walked back home, I fell into the mud and got my brand new orange sweater dirty!

The Wall

They woke up early in the morning and they picked up their belongings trying not to make noise. They silently walked out of the old house where they had been   living. Life there had not always been easy but at least they had a job and enough money to live. They still remembered the day they arrived, everybody made them feel strangers. Thanks to the help of other Mexicans they managed to find a school for the children. But where were they going now? They were leaving the States before the construction of the wall wanted by Donald Trump began.
