It was sunset and the sky was mauve. A tearful stare filled the streets, I was stunned, no-one ever acted like this. I staired a loving glance at this once in a lifetime opportunity to see the sky this colour. Someone yanked me under a brick roof and shook me hard. A lady shouted in my face "HAVE YOU GOT A BRAIN OR DO YOU WANT STEEL CARROTS KNOCKING YOU OUT", after I recovered from the shout she took some deep breaths and apologised, we watched the Steel carrots falling endlessly with faint cries buried under the thudding of carrots.

Oh my that sounds very awful about that lady shouting that sentence and it looked strange about the people acting like this.
I liked how you used the font in your story.
123T thank you I thought it would help people picture her more.
Harry yes but she saved her life and was worried and lost controll of herself.
I really liked your description of the sound of the steel carrot rain covering the cries of what I imagine to be people unlucky enough to be caught out. A really inventive piece of writing! I wonder whether you have used 'tearful stare filled the streets' correctly though...what do you mean by it?
