24 Hours Later

I never thought I would get the job. I didn't think I would be cut out for it...but here it goes....

I had just been hired to be on the crew of The Pirateers, the most famous pirates through land and sea. I was so anxiously happy. Does that make sense? Wednesday 25th of October was the day we boarded onto the ship. It was so huge and so....intimidating. 

Twenty four hours later, there was an attack on the ship. An attack from The Slimers; pirates who use slime to defend themselves. Slime was everywhere! The slime dripped through the cannons, through the cabins...Through everywhere! It was eating us all up... Until I did something magical...
