A weird restaurant...

As I entered the fast food restaurant, and get ready for ordering from the menu I looked around the restaurant.  I walk up to the cashier and the woman standing there and order what I want, I finish ordering and went to a table to settle down and eat. I look over to my left and there are a pair of hands which seemed to be made out of newspaper but with nothing else. I started getting curious and wanted to ask questions so I went back to the cashier and pour out the questions I had.
