Hi my name is Larrs I am half Germany half American. I would like to ask you about your job it is so fascinating how you help mothers deliver their baby safely. How do you do it? I cant imagine if i was you, their basically putting lives in your hands. It is so amazing how you still can do it without the vital resources like normal hospitals have. How do you feel delivering a baby? are you happy or just overjoyed? I cant imagine me being in your position i would be scared to death having poor mothers putting their lives in your hands i would be terrified.

I would suggest for improvement, to double check your work at the end making sure you put capital letters where they are needed. Also, I would split your paragraphs up so that it is easier for the reader to follow.
