Dear Andrew

Dear Andrew,

I would like to tell you how much I appreciate what you're doing for the people of your country.

I did not know about Sierra Leone so I searched on the internet and found out that it is a very poor country, it is very difficult for the people who live in remote villages to have access to healthcare.

I know that a few years ago Ebola has claimed many casualties, and that people did not want to go to the hospitals fearing that they would be infected too.

How did you feel in these days?

Best Regards,

Gianna

A very good letter! You have clearly researched Andrew's situation and adjusted the tone of your letter to suit this. Your work is very polite and I liked how you ended with a question to get Andrew's opinion on the situation. Your letter displays good grammar and a clear structure.

My only tip would be to put your name at the end so Andrew knows who the letter is from.

Well done!

I like that you kept within the formalities of a letter, not just addressing it to Andrew but also signing off with Best Regards. The writing style is very clear and your punctuation and grammar is very well grasped.
